Instructor - Ground Theory
(Part-time)
The Ground Theory Instructor is responsible for providing instruction on the fundamentals of aviation to students. They will teach students about aircraft systems and regulations, navigation, and flight planning. They must be able to deliver theory in a clear, concise, and interesting manner to ensure student understanding and retention. Responsibilities: - Developing lesson plans and training materials according to curriculm; - Maintaining records of student progress and performance; - Providing one-on-one instruction and guidance to students; - Assessing student understanding of course materials; - Providing feedback to students and suggesting areas of improvement; - Ensuring all safety requirements are met. Requirements: - Hold a valid instructor license from a regulatory authority; - Possess a strong knowledge of aviation theory, regulations and procedures; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to recognize and address any student learning needs; - Ability to remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment; - Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching/instructing.
Instructor - Simulator
(Part-time)
The Instructor - Simulator is responsible for providing instruction and guidance to students to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful in their role. They will provide instruction on the simulated environment, develop and deliver training materials, and ensure that all lessons are delivered in a safe, professional, and timely manner. Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver simulator training materials; - Provide training to students in a simulated environment; - Evaluate student performance and provide feedback; - Monitor student progress and modify instruction accordingly; - Ensure that training is delivered in a safe, professional, and timely manner; - Maintain records of student progress and achievement. Requirements: - ATPL holder with Airbus type rating; - Experience in a teaching or training role perferred; - Knowledge of instructional design and delivery techniques; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; - Proficiency in computer applications related to instruction.
